Solo entrepreneurship to explore Internet marketing with a focus in social media, blogging, website maintenance and email marketing. Exploration included design and development of small websites, marketing trends and implementation of strategic use of social media platforms for small businesses. Clients included a dental practice, personal trainer, real estate company, furniture maker, hospitality management company and a wholesale perennial supplier. Accomplishments included:

Eastland Park Hotel

August 2010 – October 2012

Performed administrative duties for the Sales and Catering Departments that included updating and planning events, writing weekly financial reports, designing promotional materials, maintaining social media accounts, and creating and executing email campaigns. Upon sale of the hotel in March of 2011, left the Sales Admin position, and became the freelancing social media property champion for the new management company until the hotel closed for renovations in late 2012.

Began as an intern while completing undergraduate study to assist with production and design. Left the state of Maine upon graduation in 2004 and remained a teaching Artist and off-site email campaign manager. Upon returning to Maine, in 2006, began as the first manager of a quickly growing facility to head strategic and marketing objectives.
